I change outside light bulbs that are way up there!  I have a 24 foot ladder. A service call is $50 and that does all I can get done in an hour.
The bulbs are not included. I
can go to the store and buy
the bulb or you can supply the
bulb.

And I always match the buld color and style so there are no mismatched bulbs. Whitch in some cases means changing some that arn't burned out yet.
