Homes usually start at $100 for one story homes and $180 for two story homes. Gutter cleaning and window cleaning can also be added on for a much smaller price then window or gutter cleaning seperatley. I recomend having the window cleaning done too because I get all the window channels clean too. I use bleach and dish soap combined to clean houses. It has never hurt any plants I have worked around, and I always wet the plants with plain water to create a barrier between the plants and the cleaner. Just give me a call for a free estimate. A lot of time I can look your house up on Google and give you a estimated price within $30 over the phone. Most of the time I can give an exact price over the phone.
