Homes usually start at $120 for one story homes and $140 for two story homes. Gutter cleaning and window cleaning can also be added on for a much smaller price then window or gutter cleaning seperatley. I recomend having the window cleaning done too because I get all the window channels clean too. I use bleach and dish soap combined to clean houses. It has never hurt any plants with the cleaner and is diluted. Just give me a call for a free estimate. A lot of time I can give you a estimated price within $30 over the phone.
