Austin taggers are a pain and they keep coming back too in some cases. Thats why I offer a scheduled maintenance. Some people also have spray paint markings around the home, where careless builders may have painted in an obvious spot to the eye. I use paint strippers where needed to make sure all the paint specks are gone. I can take paint off most surfaces except for porous cement usually found on the side of highway bridges.
