I will just power wash the fence or deck for you or you can have it stained. First, I power wash all wood to origonal color then stain for a brilliant finnish. There are Semi Transparent and Solid Color stains that come in a vaiety of colors. The rates varry on access and masking and size so it is best to have me give you a free estimate. I also offer Thompson's Water Seal. But I recomend the stain because water seal only lasts one year and the stain lasts three to five years. I use an oil bassed Olympic brand stain. This comes out very even, and is sprayed on with a high quality machine. Some people may have used bear stain and it is probally streeky and chipping. I fix these jobs. I can take up all the chiupping peeling stain and put down a stin that will last for a long time.
